during the last few weeks i have compiled my resourches together within flash to imploment the final project. i have encountered a number of problems during this either actionscript related or design related.

a number of accounted errors has been made within the implementation of the actionscript involving the interactive element to the application. (conflict between keyboard and mouse navigation)
design
implmenting grahics and images that don't breach copywrite information, and reflect the event and activity of the centre.

Design Phase
Following a meeting with my supervisor with the agenda based around the design work of application, discussing storyboards, moodboards and colour pallets.My supervisor was satisfied with progress but had a concern or two.
Acccessibility: as this application will be designed and implomented within flash it may be an idea to research to see how accessibly flash it for users with disabilities that may affect their viewing pleasure.
copywrite sources: The first moodboard contains copywrite matterials within this. It is important to state this in the documentation to help identifie this.
Folowing this i am now approaching the implementation stage of the project where the application will be created.

i am currently on the way through the photoshop and photography stage of creating the interactive website. it will be designed within adobe photoshop to give the best design solution.
Having regular contact with the client through this stage allows the process to be qwuick and efective as decisions can be made within seconds rather than waiting for weeks to get back in full contact with the client like some cases.
The progession of this application at the stage where the work is being design and produced with little outcome(application). But once these designs have been phohtoshoped ready then it is a conversion process to allow them to be interactive and to add the interactive element so the application can be complete.
The next stage is to continue with this stage and keep regular content with the client for each room design.

Progress over the december month was slow yet productive due to the time of the year and weather conditions attending university.
i had targeted to produce moodboards, storyboards, navigation charts and visual aids that would generate ideas for the final product which would be presented to the client.
This objective was partly met as most of these tasks were finalised with the client and had clearence to do so for their build. The client requiested some more visual apperances to be created and to see a demonstrated example of the 360 degree element first hand.
Over early janaury this element will be finalised and the build of the final product will be undertaken.

Wednesday15th December
Due to the weather condititions this week i was unable to discusse the design phase with my supervisor. On a brighter side we were still able to communicate through email.
i have begun to design ideas that were presented to the client. Following this we discssed the pros and cons of each design before deciding upon a final design.
Key items including, layout, navigation and colour scheme were discussed. The client felt that some of the layouts may be a bit confusing for the user at first but felt this was the way forward for the organsiation.
Following this meeting i will now produce final storyboards that will be signed of by the client to gain an agreement for this project.

Friday 5th November
Following a weeks thinking time i had final discuverd an idea from friends and family.
The idea was to create an interactive application that would give the user a tour of a local community centre (The Clifton Road Centre: Darlington)
Following this discussion and the options for this application it was clear this idea had more range and options to discuver.
